Santa Teresa and the Selaron Stairs

Santa Teresa is undoubtedly one of the hippest neighborhoods in town.
Where past and present mingle: fragrant gardens, bohemia, alternative boutiques and charming restaurants.
Guard the mansions of its aristocratic time, many transformed into hotels or cultural centers and its yellow cable car.

This tour includes a visit to the famous Selaron Stairway , listed as the city’s historical heritage site. Chilean plastic artist’s work Jorge Selarón covered with tiles dating back to various places in Brazil. It is just minutes from Arcos da Lapa.

On our tour we will have breaks in the workshops and galleries. We visited art and craft stores. Let’s go to the Parks (Ruins or Chácara do Céu Museum). We will have stops for panoramic views or have a drink.
